Have you ever found yourself in the position of wanting to learn a new software program but struggling to find a way to engage with it?
Vintage Charm: Classic Cars and Medieval Town
Well, imagine if you could combine that learning experience with your love for classic cars travelling. That's exactly what artist Basti Trescher did when he embarked on a personal project that brought together his passion for classic cars and his desire to learn a new software program.
Basti took a set of backplates and HDRs from the charming medieval town of Riquewihr in Alsace, France, and with the help of a 3D model of a Ford Mustang Fastback from WireWheelsClub, he set out to create a stunning visual representation of these two unique beauties.
Imperfection is Perfection
What's remarkable about Basti's project is that he didn't rely on any beauty retouching or straightening. Instead, he embraced the imperfections and patina of these classic cars, allowing them to shape the character and mood of the final piece.
Passion Meets Learning
The result is a truly engaging and inspiring work of art that not only showcases the beauty of
classic cars, but also demonstrates the power of combining passion with learning. By finding a
way to make the learning experience more enjoyable and meaningful, Basti was able to fully
immerse himself in the software program and push his creative boundaries.
